Painful and painful cysts

I have suffered from acne since i was a teen. now i am in my forties i sometimes have these cysts on my face and groin. i take lymecycline daily all to no avail. The cysts almost always a strand of hair inside them.

i was once put on roaccutane and it worked well but lo and behold i developed a very aggressive cataract. I was just 40 years old when this happened and the ophthalmology doctor remarked it was very unusual for someone that young.

the dermatology consultant brushed it off. i have now been waiting for an appointment since last year and keep getting this recurrent cyst in the same area and antibiotics are not working.

Does anybody have any suggestions please. i am desperate
