Hi, once again I find that  standing/walking around after a couple of hours the balls of my feet are soooooooo painful. I tried half gel soles, full soles and special active-gel soles but no good. Pleeeease can someone suggest what to wear in my shoes. Heeeeelp.

I have the same thing. But mine is due to arthritis in my toes.  I don't have a solution for you.  But I wear Morton extensions in my shoes. These are made out of metal and I putthem under my shoe in sole so my toes don't bend as much when walking. I also have happy feet insoles that I wear to hold the instep of my foot higher.  They do still hurt sometimes but not as much.

    Hi Jean,

I am also trying to find the best foot pads to wear under my feet as I have Neuromas, two on the left foot & 1 on the right.  Anyone who can recommend what has worked for them as I'm an avid walker and need advice.  My podiatrist has recommended the gel pad that hooks around the first toe but I'm due to walk for a month through Portugal & Spain and am worried the gel will cause blisters.  Any advice on products that have worked would be most appreciated and UK market only, thanks
