Painful itchy bumps

I recently had BV. I did a week of antibiotics & the smell & discharge went away but I have all these itchy painful bumps & swelling on my labia. I do not have any more smelly discharge. I've tried OTC cortisone, benzoyl peroxide wash & clindamycin that was prescribed by Dr. I had slight irritation & a bump when I had my pap test in which the diagnosed the BV & she said it just looked irritated that it could be foliculitis. But it has only gotten worse. im in so much pain & its soo itchy. has anyone ever seen anything like this?imageimage
