Hi Ingrid, I also suffer with painful legs. Apart from oral meds, (I take Pregabalin, and co-codamol and Tramadol if it's really bad,) the other thing I find helpful is a hot bath with magnesium flakes in. Some people find taking oral magnesium supplements helps generally; I found they upset my tum. Or rubbing magnesium oil onto the skin. What have you tried? x

The magnesium salts in the bath soothes joints and muscles although the effect is only temporary. The same with the oil. I guess the oral supplements do the same. x

I find raising my legs sometimes helps but it can cause pain other time's especially if ur knees are sore. I take my meds pregabblin and ampitriptyline an also 200 my tramadol but I buy paramol as well to ease the pain. I hope this will help you. Kirsty
