Painful lump near vaginal opening

About 5 days ago I noticed a slight pain near the opening of my vagina. It didn't look abnormal and the pain occurred shortly after sex so I put it down to soreness and dismissed it. Unfortunately it has gotten worse and I am also feeling a bit unwell. I have some body aches but no fever. I've pretty much been trying to ignore it in hope's it goes away but that doesn't seem to be happening. Had sex with my boyfriend last night and it hurt a lot although again I ignored it. Looked down afterwards and noticed some swelling. looks like a lump or possible cyst, but I really don't know. I'm having some discharge also, not sure if that's coming from the lump or not. Lymph nodes in my pelvic area also feel swollen and there is pain in my hips/pelvic area, lower abdomen and all down my legs. Side notes my boyfriend and I have been together over a year and I've never had any issues with him or previously. I do seem to be a bit prone to infections, (in general not just with my reproductive organs). I've had bacterial vaginosis, yeast infections, uti's, and a kidney infection. I've also always had menstrual problems and have an IUD. Never had an STD or any major issues. I have a doctor's appointment on Tuesday, although that's a bit tricky considering I don't have insurance. Only things that help are baths and tea tree oil.

No they're not always there. They're blisters which makes me wonder if it could be herpes, but there's no redness or itching. It's possible the blisters occurred from sex since there was so much swelling, but I really don't know. It seems like if I was going to get herpes I would have had a flare up before now. I do realize that could be a possibility regardless. I did cut myself shaving and I'm wondering if that could be contributing to the symptoms, but I'm trying not to speculate too much.

This is what it looks like today. The swelling and pain have gone down significantly, but I still have no idea what is causing this.
