painful lump on penis shaft?

It's been bothering me for a few weeks now. It's under the skin so i can't see it but i can feel it. If i press down on any part of my shaft it hurts. It hurts to pee and it hurts when i get an erection too. I'm getting worried now. For several months i was releasing little uric acid stones so i think one of them must of caused a cut or something because that's what it feels like. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Have you seen a Doctor about this? You need professional medical help to get this sorted. Se a GP / Regular / Family Doctor, or if you are in the UK go to a GUM Clinic at your Local General Hospital ....
