Painful lymph node areas

I'm currently on medication for what the doctor thinks is prostatitus for testicle and abdominal pain. muscle relaxer and amprityline until i can see a urologist.

Now the testicle and abdominal pain has mostly stopped but what i think is my left inguinal canal is sore to touch and when i bend over can sometimes feel it and also painful armpits intermittent with access sweating/smell. i also had tonsillitus 2 weeks ago which hasn't fully cleared up but i only had a weeks penicillin.

Both pains were there before i got a sore throat.

Any ideas? I've tried to feel inside groin and armpits but can't feel any lumps.
