    Looks like a fungal infection commonly called Jock itch.It is very common. A rash that can start in any area where its sweaty and damp.Wash the area very thoroughly, paying attention to all the skin creases in dandruff shampoo, especially one that contains Selenium sulphide. Leave the lather on for 2 minutes. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Massage in a skin cream which you should be able to buy in any chemist/pharmacy which contains Clotrimazole. Do this every night before bed.

    Also ditch any nylon, skin tight, or lycra pants and only wear cotton underwear, and none at all at night. Wash your pants at 60 deg minimum. Hope that helps.

    Of course, if it doesnt help then do go see your doctor.
