    Charlie, sorry no one got back to you on this! This does not look like any of the STD issues I have ever seen. In fact this is such an unusual growth I would go get it checked out by a Medical Professional as soon as you can.

    If this was me I would be going to a Walk-In Center or urgent Care Center - take it from me, this is not something you can take a relaxed approach with - you need to know what this is, today, rather than in a few days time .....
