Painful sex and then this... [photos]

So, I am with a new partner who I trust and we have never used a condom. We waited to have sex and had conversations beforehand.
At any rate, he is quite a bit bigger than anyone I have been with before, and so accommodating his whole size has been a challenge. We had sex on Monday or Tuesday (can't remember exactly) and then I noticed that I had some burning while urinating. I thought perhaps it might have been a vaginal tear and didn't think anything more of it until yesterday when I felt a bump on my outer labia. I'm not unfamiliar with razor burn, vaginal acne, or even the occasional cyst, so I gave it a little squeeze to alleviate the pressure and didn't worry too much. It wasn't until a few hours later and the wheels were turning that I thought to check what was going on down there.
Well, I found two bumps on my labia and some more very close to my vaginal opening. I have already gone to get swabbed and the results will be back in a week. Since the swab (which was only a little uncomfortable) I have had less pain when going to the bathroom.
What do you all think?

could be, last one looks like a blister... but maybe too small to swab correctly. maybe he can get a blood test and you after 16 weeks (without antiviral medication)

My doctor has already given me medication and I've taken a dose.
She didn't actually swab that blister, I don't think. I believe it was mostly just some scraping near the vaginal opening.

I'm honestly not that... upset? Physically it's just an inconvenience. I've only had a bit of discomfort.
My only concern is how my new(ish) partner will react.
