Painful stomach ache then goes away after 2 days

Doctors find nothing wrong but the pain is so bad. I do not know what to think.

    Do you ever full bloated or full, especially after you have ate, and do you have nausea or vomiting? Have they done an upper GI on you? Have you lost weight due to this?

      I eat a little, stop, eat later, stop and never overload my stomach. Yes lost weight but do not eat much. Thanks Linsey
