Painful urination, abdominal cramps, all std tests negative but didn't test for herpes

a week after my hernia surgery there was no catheter used but i tested negative for all stds but did not test for herpes but have no bumps or anything. however i have this stinging pain when i urinate during and after, I also notice white spots when I open the tip of my penis. and my urine stream for the 1st second doesnt come out right. i took azithromycine, metronidazole, and phenazopyridine. my urologist didn't want me to finish doxycycline or cephalexin. I also have abdominal cramps and loss of appetite. haven't done a cytoscope in my urethra yet but I just don't know what it could be. does this sound like herpes?
