Painless Bartholin's Cyst

Okay so this will be my second BC it’s only been 2 months since my last one I can’t sleep I can’t eat just thinking that I might be going thru that pain again. But yesterday I just noticed a lump where my second BC was at. And I was wondering was it even possible that i can get another one that fast??? On the same side?? And should I start putting a hot water rag on it just so it won’t grow? Look I can’t go to the hospital nor can I by a sitz bath please don’t recommend that to me I actually need help I need useful information. Thank you
