hello, i have had these painless bumps on my penis since almost 2 months now and they keep increasing , i don't think its due to an sti because i haven't had any sexual contact with someone , i do regularly masturbate, can someone know if this is some sort of infection or something else? i am really worried and i will probably make an appointment with a doctor soon

go see a doctor/dermatologist
i would suspect Lichen planus or something similar
if it is Lichen sclerosis that can get more serious if left untreated. feel free to check my other posts to see my advice.
