Hi guys I had this exact same problem for about 4 years and its going away after I went to my GP. The doctor send me DERMOVATE OINTMENT 30g (Clobetasol Propionate) I've been using the cream for 2 weeks and the "ring" is going... Its barely visible now. Doctor said I need to use it for 5 weeks. Its working for me guys so I strongly recommend it. Good luck to you all.
