Painless , slightly red rash on penis shaft

Hi, can anybody please help me identify what this may be, i had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago with a partner that may be questionable l didnt mean to but the condom broke and we continued intercourse. About a week after i think i noticed this rash/bumps they dont hurt they dont ooze they are actually basically flat in appearance and disappear when erect. i havent had any other symptoms at all but freaked out bc im a hypochondriac and went to get std panel which revealed i was abnormal in hsv 1 iGg . im not sure if thats been dormant and with me for a while or recent infection from that partner anyway please take a look and maybe help image

    i have this too just go to the hospital because i have yet to figure out what this is
