For the past month i randomly get this sensation in my head. I cant describe it, it feels like a contraction or muscle spasm. Like a baby kick in my head above my ear area. anyone else experience this? I tried to get an MRI but I was declined

I would think it is being caused by tension or anxiety. Are you a bit wound up over lockdown and not being able to do normal things?
