How does everyone deal with the cramps????

    Hi I take Buscopan paracetamol and sometimes a small glass of whisky plus a hot water bottle

    Hi I take tramadol they do the trick was taken off buscopan because doctor said it would make my bowel lazy a hot water bottle does help too, I have tried to come off tramadol on 1 doctors advice but I felt awful with stomach pains and bloating just didnt want to get out of bed so went back to tramadol. I just take 2 per day sometimes 4 on a really bad day 

    Hope this helps you this crohns has a lot to answer for
