Pains in my head with a moving sensation!!

Hi, I am 19 years old and for the past few months I have been experiencing sharp searing pains all over my head, face and at my temples. Sometimes it feels as if something is moving IN my head. I also feel a tugging sensation behind my eyes. Usually I would be able to cope with pains and get on with it, however these pains are making me feel extremely dazed and sometimes completely not there. My doctor is so uninterested and tells me I am stressed etc. I do not believe that stress can create pains like this and I have nothing to be stressed about! These pains are making it very difficult to get on with my life as I am just constantly feeling spaced out and dizzy. Can someone please help?

GO TO ANOTHER DOCTOR! You don't know what this might be indicative of, but head pain should not be unattended. Dizziness is even more worrisome. My guesses would be of no use to you. You need to go to someone with good diagnostic skills. You might want to try a neurologist and/or an otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat). If you need to, go to a hospital emergency room. Do not wait. You want to rule out problems before deciding it's stress. If it is, then the stress needs to be addressed.

Keep us posted on your progress.

New to the site and just saw your post. Did you ever get help? If anyone is familiar with these symptoms and could provide any information please post. My mother has the same symptoms; please post.
