palatious eustachian tube

Hi. I hurt my ears three years ago after I came home from the mountains. Had horrible ear pain in one ear and then both. Sinuses swelled horribly. Had to have FESS surgery which straightened the septum and reduced the turbanites. Ear pain was gone but ear fullness got worse. This condition worsens with movement and activity. Constant ear popping, clicking, fullness. Causes headaches and head pressure. When I lay down I can relieve the symptoms. As well, I learned if I just sit still for extended periods of time and do not move I can calm the symptoms. When I wake up the first thing I feel when I get out of bed is fluid seep into my ear. My left ear is worse than my right. Had a double myringotomy without tubes and had one whole day of complete relief. Ears started to close and my right ear had about 90% improvement and my left ear had very little. Put a tube in the left ear and it helped with the pain I was getting around the outside of the ear. My right stayed better. Left ear tube fell out and now my right ear is getting worse again and my left. Movement and activity causes my ears to close up and I get increased pressure. Has anyone heard of this? Can you have palatious eustation tube without autonomy? I do have increased sensitivity to sounds.
