Pale patch of skin of penis

Ive recently noticed this little piece of skin below my penis head is lighter in color all of a sudden? is this a cause for concern?

    a patch like that could be a Fungal infection

    are you sexually active?

    you don't have a foreskin?

      hi there,

      yes i am sexually active but only with my spouse. and no i dont have foreskin, i am circumsized.

      you could try an antifungal cream for 7 days

      and check with your partner to see if they have a yeast or fungal infection as well

      plus it could be a rub mark from friction

      maybe one sex session was a little dryer or rougher then before?

      Hmmm, my hand does rub that area a lot when i masturbate, perhaps that's what its from?
