Palpation and pain worsening. Not sure what to do

The last few months I have been having increasingly more intense and frequent bouts of chest pain and palpation. Last night I started feeling a weird pain behind my right ear. Going down my neck. Today about an hour ago my heart feels like its going to beat out of my chest. Over the last few months I've told my md about it and he seems to not be concerned. But today it started out of the blue and is scaring me.

There is a history of heart problems in my family. Grandpa had chronic a fib. Dad died of chf so I've always been carful when it comes toy heart. Especially since I was in the hospital 3 years ago and they told me I had nonrhumitic tricuspid valuve disorder but that it was nothing to worry about.

I dont wanna go to the er and them tell me its nothing and have to pay those bills but I'm worried its something I should have looked at

Im 33 I had a ekg last year when I mentioned it to my GP. I'm not sure what they did several years ago when they found the nonrhumatic tricuspid valve disorder. I was in a a medically induced coma when they found it. I'm kinda afraid to look it up to see what it is though

Did a reply but it seems to have gone, first off what medication are you on for it and if it was me I would insist on the doctor sending me to see a cardiologist to get reassurance if nothing else, my mother in law and my brother in law both have leaky valves, she is 91 this year and still fine.

He's 57 and is on one tablet a day, your obviously worried and that's not good so go back and demand a check up

I'm not on anything for the palpation and pain. I have hydrozine for panic attacks (that don't work) yeah I'm worried but I only have medicaid so I don't know if I can DEMAND a referral or not. Today the neck pain has started a pretty continous thumpish pain. Up to my ear and my chest is tight. Last night I sat up most of the night because when I laid down it got worse. I hope I'm worrying over nothing but with my Ffamily history I'm worried

I would go the A&E which is your emergency room and start again, don't tell them it's been going on for a while tell them it's just started and let them do the tests, then your medicade will pay it want they

If it gets as bad as it did last night I may try that. As for if they will pay idk I have only been on medicaid a year so I'm still not real sure how it all works. It had me scared last night
