Palpitation issues

sometimes i feel small discomfort in my left hand , like a tightened muscle thumping like pain , or nerve pain and ive been having palpitations and anxiety stress for a while now , despite being 16 , sometimes after that weird feeling i have a palpitation right after and im scared that theres a problem with my heart, even though in my previous complaint all of my symptoms were wiped off from heart attacks and said to be stress and anxiety...

Hi blue, well what can we say? Is there a nurse at school you can talk to?

If anxiety is the problem there are medical treatments for that, of course it depends what the situation is if it's medical or, y'know, just life.

It's pretty rare for someone so young to have palpitations that are a real problem, but I suppose it still happens. There are a lot of palpitation-type problems that feel horrible but are not actually dangerous, even if you really have them. So don't worry about that too much, until you know more.
