Palpitations

Hi giys i have been getting palpitations now for a few months i have had an ecg that didnt pick anything up. I siffer with depression and anxiety but i am on fluoxetine and i havebeen managing ok. 

I am getting these palpitations even when i dont feel anxious at all sometimes they wake me up at noght and i go into a massive panic and dtart thinking i  will have a heart attack. Can any1 tell me what could be causing this please xxx

    Sounds like your anxiety that is the cause I still get them and I don’t feel that bad anymore but always get that panic when they appear so there never far from thought I find myself dreaming about heart problems or attack’s just can’t seem to stop 🛑

      Thankyou for your reply. I have been getting a pain in my left armpit aswel so cant help but worry its heart related xxx

    I to have just recently found out I have these horrible things for a month now mostly when I'm relaxing sucks got a cardiologist appointment in January hang in there I'm told there not serious
