Omg yes I do!! I avoid eating all day and eat when I can relax at night... Big stodgy dinners are the worst and take aways if I eat during the day I have to nap!! Thought it was just me who had this problem

I saw your question about palpitations after meal. Actually I WAS a patient of this and got a lot of tests. I found after numerous tests that it was anxiety disorder and after you quench your hunger, some tension at the back of your mind increases your heartbeat(I never believed it but its true). I got confirmed that it was true after i got treated for anxiety ( i started taking cipralex as per medical advice from Psychiatrist) and this went away. now i have it very rarely. please go to a psychiatrist and get your anxiety or depression treated. please help others as well take care

Yes I often get my worst symptoms after eating - racing heart, breathlessness, and a strange pressure and trembling/pulsing sensation in my abdomen. I've been to the doctor over heart issues and they say everything's fine. I'll probably go to them again and tell them about my stomach issues and see what they say. Try and eat small, regular meals so that it is less stressful on your system. Stay hydrated too and see if that helps. All the best.
