I am going through the same thing right now Amy. I know how terrible it feels. Sometimes it can just pop up out of nowhere.

The only thing that provides me relief is lying down and turning on one of my soothing meditations for anxiety and or panic. I know it’s just temporary but it helps.

also if you’re panicking, there are some great panic talk downs on YouTube that work very well.. some people that do the meditations have very soothing reassuring voices and they show you how to breathe properly during panic. It’s the key! Lauren Ostrowski has a very soothing voice. She has several meditations.

try not to stress out about it because that can make it worse. I am at the point where I just let it come and then relax my entire body and mind. Nobody really understands this unless they’re going through it. I do hope you feel better soon and private message me anytime

It's easier said than done. For someone to say just relax. When your anxious It's hard to remain calm or even think straight.

If you have experienced this before then try and remind yourself It's just the aniexty which is doing this. Everything is fine with your organs but the aniexty is going through It's fight and flight path.

Try and read something, possibly have a bottle of water next to you and take small sips.

The palpitations are harmless. You've got this.

Even just lay down and have some background sounds on like dolphin noise or the sound of rain.

how can i always say its anxiety though as it feels wrong to keep happening

Aniexty hits everyone in different ways. Unfortunately your never know all the time how it will effect...

If you have had tests done like ECG example to rule these things out then it's aniexty.

What i will say is depends who your telling about aniexty. Anyone who is told should appreciate you being honest and up front. You haven't got to explain to no one. Any negative views from people that you suffer with aniexty can be told where to go🙂

ive had a ECG before and they said i sometimes get an extra beat or missed beat but havent felt it like this before so its making me panic. I try and tell myself its anxiety but what if it isnt and something is wrong

If they were 100% concerned let alone 50% they would of acted on it. The fact they mentioned it to you is normal.

I think the aniexty causes these sort of things and it's important to tell yourself you are fine.

like I said its easier said then done but a lot of people experience these types of things and it's down to aniexty.

would you ever take medication for aniexty?

ive been taking propranolol for about six months only 20mg and ive been feeling great tbh but all of a sudden these palpitations have continued for the last week. Hoping im just having a blip and itll go but we will see

I would give it a few more weeks and see what comes of this. maybe just a blip.

never feel worried or concerned what others think of you.

I hope my messages may have gave you the slightest reassurance. always around for a message.

      take care Amy
