Palpitations everyday constantly

hi all im a 18 year old female and i have been having palpitations and chest pain for weeks ive been so worried that ive been to A&E 5 times and the doctors 2 times , i constantly think there is something wrong with my heart i had 5 ECG and they were all normal but one doctor said my heart was beating a little fast but nothing too concerning , my heart has been feeling like its pounding from my chest ( duh duh duh duh DUH duh duh duh duh DUH) i dont understand how my ECG's were all normal as i felt this hard pounding in my heart while they were doing the ECG test pls could someone help im so scared of these palpitations
