Palpitations perimenopause

I am 45 and for about 3 months I have been having palpitations. They start in the morning really bad then slow down during mid day then sometimes come back not as bad at night. I don't have any during my period and a few days after it ends, then about day 10 or 11 they start again. It's driving me nutty more than I already am. Does anybody else have this and is it hormones? And does it ever go away, please say yes.

I do intermittent fasting 6 days a week. I eat sugar on Friday's only.I work out 4 days a week. I eat a healthy diet with a lot of protein. I've had palps all my life on and off, but for the past 3 months it's been consistent. I ordered some pure organic magnesium powder it's 500mg a serving, maybe it will work, if not I guess I'll have to just deal.

From what I researched online alot of people deal with this. For some reason mine are worse in the morning, slow down midday then come back some at night. The sad thing about me is my periods are still every 28 days. So I can't wait to see what fresh hell I'll have to endure when they become erratic.

No, I'm not a big fan of Drs. I have a good reason, it's a long story. I'm sorry you're dealing with this, hopefully it will end soon, you could take black strap molasses daily, 1 TBS a day is good for anemia. I don't think I'm anemic, I think my heart is very sensitive to hormonal changes. Then I freak out and anxiety takes over. I'm working on it. It's a work on progress. 🙂
