Hi,
Did any of you have non bacterial palvic pain before you went trough bladder neck incision? I have been struggling with this for over 1 year now, and hoping the pain will go away after the surgery.

I do not know why you have pelivc pain but will share my saga....I have radiation cystitis as a result of prostate cancer radiation at UCLA two rounds of HDR Brachytherapy .......pain on urination began about a year ago ......has just let up the last couple of days but unfortunately I am passing both blood and clots in urine now...being monitored for bladder cancer despite nothing in urine cells nothing in Pet scan and nothing in cystoscopy.......and hope to begin Hyper Baric Oxygen Therapy soon......Wish you well

Are you still posting here? I have a tight bladder neck and take flomax for it. What are you symptoms like? Do you know your Qmax and how much you retain?

good question .i have same problems , i wonder also if bladder neck obstruction can cause also Cpps or Cpps symptoms.
