i felt quite well this morning when I got up so decided to go shopping, been home about an hour pain in left abdomen and flank feeling sick, just sitting with hot water bottle hope this works cause I am so depressed....

      I hope so to, it is horrible when you feel like this you get that lump in your throat and today had this burning pain upper left with the flank pain, all I want to do is try and sleep but that don't happen very often....

    hi if it doesnt work try putting it on your back high up if it is your pancrese make sure it realy hot

      That's one good thing about hot water bottles they are amazing when you feel ill....
