Hello, I have been getting really bad pain in my left side under the ribs that radiate to the back. I went to the ER yesterday and got a ct scan and blood work. the scan came back saying the CDB is sightly dilated measuring .8cm in diameter and the pancreatic duct is dilated measuring .4cm. My enzymes came back high, ggt plasma 106, alp 143 and alt 43. I don't drink alcohol. Should I be concerned?"
