Pancreas problems?

Hi. 34M, iv felt my health has always been up and down over the years having had spinal MRI, and gastroscopy and many blood tests with some of the symptoms I have now but without ever being diagnosed with anything. 4 months ago i was struggling with bad constipation, bad wind and general abdominal discomfort (sides, upper, lower) and some nausea. I decided to speak to the dr after a few weeks and was prescribed osmotic laxatives which i took for the next few weeks which eventually seemed to help although I still suffered from a thrombosed pile. I continued taking the laxatives during this time so stools were softer. The soft stools have carried on from then, at times very soft, thin but also at times just mush. Still suffering from some abdominal discomfort, this last week iv felt worse, increasingly tired, generalised back ache, bones and joints ache and feel weak. I feel itchy, worse nausea and have no appetite. I seen the Dr again recently who has sent me for some more bloods. I'm not overweight and rarely drink excessively but I'm genuinely concerned.
