Pancreatic Cyst from sonogram

Hello,

I had been having pain in my left side for a while that radiates to my back. Went for a sonogram and they found a 5cm pancreatic mass on the head of my pancreas. I was then sent for an MRI it showed no mass on my pancreas. Has anyone had anything like this happen. I just don't understand why it would show up on one test and not the other.

I am just freaking out waiting to hear what the heck is going on. Any advice would be appreciated.
