Demi calm your breathing hunni.  Breathe in slowly for 4 then out slowly for 5.   It will pass in a min or two you can deal with this, it’s not going to hurt you, just breathe xxx

As Laura says, focus on your breathing. Counting  you breaths too I find helps as well as drinking water

Let your body breathe and relax all the muscles in your body. My therapist told me this and it helps me. Just remember this will pass, as scary and terrible as they are which I do know there terrifying it will pass and you will be okay. Stay strong 💖

Are you ok now? It’s all about slowing down your breathing and breathing from your tummy not your chest.   X

I was like that yesterday, I think you just get some bad days, try not to focus on it too much, I always do and end up panicking again x

Great I've had CBT today and gave me food for thought . Its a long road this one but I'm really hoping this works for us all

I have had 2 cbt sessions and not feeling it at all right now.  Perhaps my therapist is just crap or perhaps I’m too busy being anxious that I’m not absorbing it rolleyes

This was only my second and you have hit it spot on . It makes sense but to busy feeling anxious the only thing I've changed is saying myself this will get better and trying however hard to throw thoughts away . Thank you for reply this really helps .

It’s a weird one.  I get the theory behind cbt but I don’t know what makes me anxious so I don’t know how to cbt it’s ass lol.   I suppose it’s just a case of generally trying to think more positively in every day life.  I’m more likely to think mindfulness grounds me more tbh although it’s kind of the same idea cbt and mindfulness go hand in hand.
