I think what happened to you was that you had an extremely bad drug trip. You were hallucinating do to the drugs you took and suffered a serious anxiety attack as a result of it. When someone has an anxiety attack the anxiety preys on their darkest fears and turns those fears against you and constantly batters your mind with those fears to remain in control. Basicly you scared the sh*t out of yourself so badly that years later you still suffer from anxiety symtoms because of it.
Allot of your fears and unmanageable feelings are usually behind a mental wall that your mind sets up just to keep you sane and feeling as good as you possibly can feel. Anxiety breaks down that wall and uses those fears and unmanageable feelings against you all at once and hits you with them all at once like a freight train.
The answer is very simple....you need to start by seeing a councelor or physiatrist. This is not something a person can fix on their own. It really helps to talk to someone that specialises in stress and anxiety because they'll know what you're talking about and be able to help you accordingly. The other half to this is trying to calm yourself down. I know it may seem impossible at times but whats happened is that your mind has tricked you into thinking something is seriously wrong constantly which anxiety causes. You need to try and convince yourself that there really isn't anything wrong and you're fine.
Its going to be a long hard road to recover from this but you can recover and its important to remember that you're NOT going crazy. Your brain just needs time to heal and learning how to do so isn't easy ether but it can be done.

Yes there is medication that can help, but you really need to be properly assessed by a good psychiatrist in order to establish the best course of therapy. Also, your overall health needs to be examined to ensure there are no underlying health issues. Do you have other symptoms that crop up with this? And how often does it happen on average? Do you have any nightmares or any waking hallucinations similar to that experience in 2011?

You had a flashback. It happens. You didn't get the full episoe, just a vivid memory and fear of it.
If it helps any, I don't think you can get that full-blown sensation again. Your bad trip back then was probably due to weed being laced as clean weed does not produce such types of hallucinations. At worst it gives a panic attack - not a psychotic episode!
Advice - stay off alcohol and any other substances for a few days until you settle back down and see that you will NOT get the same sensations. You have a vivid memory of it because it was so frightening at the time. So you feel as if it can escalate as soon as you sense anything that reminds you of it, but that is not so likely.
Stay away from others smoking weed at this time too, by the way, because even just smelling it may send your mind into panic.
If you don't feel better after another few days or you start getting actual hallucinations (not just the fear of having one), then you need to speak to a psychiatrist.

Meanwhile you can speak to a counsellor - they won't necessarily advise medication. It sounds like a flashback, not an actual disorder. Hope you feel better really soon.
