Panic attack?

so for the past two months i have been having episodes where i have felt like i am having a panic attack but i am worried in case it is something else. It will begin by me getting too hot and then i feel sickish but i am never actually sick, it makes me need to keep swallowing because it feels like somethings coming up my throat, and then my heart beats really fast and i begin to shake. the symptoms slowly decrease and its only ever happened at night and i have managed to fall sleep i wake up feeling slightly poorly but the symptoms seem to have gone. Do you think this is a panic attack? even though i do not breathe really fast

    Hello Holly

There are many different types of panic attacks ,You dont need to be breathening fast to be having one ... The most important thing is that your worried about your health .Try and go to your doctor or nurse and get checked out. Once you know for sure, there is nothing wrong , Then you can look into getting help for any panic attacks you may be having . It may just be the fear of being ill that is causing the attacks . we all tend to worry more at night.. im sure you will get plenty of good advice on here. xx
