I want to be happy and myself again .

Whoever see me will not know that I'm not ok but inside me is hell .

Have you had anything more stressful to deal with in the past few days? Could it be a reaction to something like that ?

Nothing new I didn't have any new stresses in my life , the normal things as I have kids .

Hopefully it will pass, even people not taking anti depressant drugs can have days when they are more anxious than normal and cannot attribute it to any reason. If you are no better in a few days go back to your GP.

Hi, I wouldn't jump to any decision just yet. If you are stable on 100mg until recently then I would continue and see how I felt in a week or so. Whilst I ind it does help, there is no ''magic pill'' sadly, always worth looking at getting CBT or look into a Mindfullness course too. Tablets alone are helpful but rarely are the sole answer. I have two teenagers and believe me my son is 14 and knows how to push my buttons, life with kids is stressful as much as it's rewarding !! espeically when you are not feeling your best. I know you are eager to feel well, but be aware that WHO guidelines say that once a person feels they are ''treated'' with AD therepy, they should continue to take it for a further 4-6 months to avois relapse.....fingers crossed it's just a blip....or go and talk to your dr....whatever you do do not come off 100mg quickly, or you'll get discontinuation side effects !!
