Hi. Speaking from experience  this is far from Huge panic attack.

When you feel like the ground is shaking and your arms, legs and whole body shutting down for vacations, come tell me about it.

Extreme heart palpitations, heart arythmia, burning sensation, chest pain, panic, fear, numb limbs, tremor etc.

These are the common symptoms of a crippling aka huge panic attack.

You're ok. Try to keep yourself occupied. Ask your doctor for any soft anxiolytic to make you feel more relaxed and chill while you experience panic attacks.

I've been dealing with this nightmare for over 2 years. Again, you're gonna be fine. It's your mind that fights your body and your fears manifest within you.

It's a tough situation but all the drugs in the world can't help you if you won't deal with it in a personal level. Try to believe you're ok and you'll see huge improvement.

    Be safe

So the rash is that part of it or should I be worried about something else ??

What you should be worried is the state of your mental health.

If it helps, ( I know it does ) do some tests, a gastroscopy, some blood tests just to reassure yourself and then focus on your mental stabillity.

      All is well.

Every once in a while my anxiety gets so severe that I work my way into a panic attack also. I'll sweat and also feel nauseous. I'm dealing with a therapist to conquer my anxiety. So far I love her. Someone said there's a  type of Cognitive therapy specifically for anxiety. Look around for one. I feel like I'm going crazy sometimes too. I understand completely.
