    Hi Darron,

I can't comment on the Epivil as I don't know anything about this medication.

But the Seroquel, I also take for anxiety and panic disorder, I only take 75mg at night and the same in the morning.

How long have you been on this high dose?

Have you taken any steps like lifestyle changes or seeing a therapist to deal with the root cause of your problems? Meds can only take you so far remember, they aren't going to take it all away, there are no meds capable for that, they are there to help while you deal with the underlying issues

HI, your on the right forum. Lots of people so confused about meds and wether they are taking right ones and feeling really scared that they feel rotten when they think they should be feeling better. So many people posting wanting to know when awful feeling will go and you will start to feel better, hope someone in same position replies. Agree, dont give out your number you can private message. Wish there was a miracle drug that kicked in straight away and cured this but no such luck. Meds can help though to get you through really bad patches just a bit of a waiting game and obviously the anxiety of waiting drives us mad. Lots of similar  people here in your situation, lots who have been there and can reasure you , 😊??

Have you discussed seroquel with your gp, if you feel better not taking it, he may switch meds , don't know how long you've been on it. If it's a long time don't just stop taking, ask your gps opinion, they know best ??
