Hi Sam,
Concentrate on your breathing. Breathe in 2, 3 Breathe out 2, 3. If you concentrate on your breathing it will help to calm you down and reduce your anxiety. Once you have regulated your breathing repeat over and over to yourself I am okay, I'm calm, I'm doing alright.
It used to work for me when I suffered anxiety attacks. Think happy thoughts and it WILL help. I hope you are ok.

hi clarissa, i am luckily a lot calmer today although quite burnt i have discovered! i think it's feeling so frightened after feeling so overheated that did the damage. i am a bit better today thankfully!

Hi Sam,
As Clarissa says an Anxiety / Panic attack can make you feel nauseous and shaky. I used to find drinking a sweet cup of tea and focusing on the tea used to help me. It would relieve the shakiness and nausea and help calm me down which further relieved the problems. You may have had a little bit of sunstroke.
If you start to feel anxious try to focus on something while regulating your breathing and that should help.
Regards
Brian

hi brian and ckarissa, thanks to both of you for trying to help. as this has turned in to really awful sinus pain/headache with the panic attack (it's so long since i've had a panic attack)! i am awaiting a doctors phonecall as i can feel the pain building in my head again. i just need to know what to take and how much of it. i do have terrible health anxiety. x
