Yes to feeling like I'm slurring my words during a panic attack, even just when I'm very anxious.

I get lots of other symptoms.

I get through it by trying to breathe slowly, I keep repeating to myself that even though it's horrible, it will pass.

I usually have some sugar or water with sugar and that helps.

If all fails I call some friends, or my partner or my Mum. They all know and they just say to me: it's the same as every other time and it WILL pass.

    Best of luck x

P.S. another thing I do (depending where I am so that they don't lock me away in a looney bin lol) is to flap arms and move legs up and down a lot, basically to burn off the excess adrenaline.
