Panic attacks

my first post

would anyone be able to help me , I keep having thoughts that I am having a heart attack my whole life is driven by it , I am 45yrs old and live with these fears and it is hard , I broke down today because I had a really bad attack today , I had a ECG a few years ago and it was all fine but i get shooting pains sometimes in my heart and it leads to so much more , im fed up and dont want to live like this

    i also feel the exact same it all started 4 years ago I believe smoking weed triggered it and iv quit and still 4 years later any sort of chest pain or like you said pain in your heart I go into panic mode iv also had ECG'S and all came back normal im so fed up of it now! I use meditation music to calm myself down so if you haven't tried it before I would give it ago, sorry i can't be much help im still searching for answers myself

    Are you taking medicine related to Panic attack?

    If you don't have any disease, I think it'll be panic disorder. If you take medicine, you'll be okay soon.

    i was taken pills but stopped a couple of years ago , I also had Covid really bad and by GP said she could not recommend i re started . I feel proper down and fed up with life

      Why don't you see another doctor?

      There is a word "Hospital Shopping" in Korea. It literally means going to the hospital like shopping until the disease is identified and treated.

      I don't want you to give up.

      I'm sure you'll get better.

      To do that, it may be better to go to another doctor for a medical checkup.
