Hi! I'm new to this and would like to know how long I should take my 50mg of zoloft before increasing it to 75mg. I've been struggling with panic disorder for two years which cause my anxiety attacks. Any help would be appreciated!

hey how long have you been on the 50mg? I was told 6 to 8 wks and could be up to 12 wks to see full benefits of a dose. Now in saying that 50mg is a low dose. I was told anxiety needs usually needs a higher dose. I would ask your doctor their opinion about increasing.
