Panick attack 2 weeks in

hey

been on sertraline 50mg for 2 weeks now and even though my anxiety increased initially It seemed to be settling down a little the past few days.

I was just at my councillor appointment and felt really panicky and couldn't stop it and ended up having a panic attack.

I'm worried now that this shouldn't be happening 2 weeks in.

any support and advise would be great

thank you lois and toria. guys I was so worried. I could feel it building up and couldn't stop it. I've taken a beta blocker to stop my heart racing and its helped a little. I was very close to saying f this and throwing my tablets away.

my councillor is lovely so dont know why it happened as it hasn't happened before x
