Yes, I also get tingly hands legs and I feel like j can't get enough breath in. Knowing all the horrible symptoms are the cause of a panic attack and just concentrating on my breathing in and out slowly seems to help. My partner also rubs my shoulders and the back of my neck too as I get extremely tense.

I have had ones that carry on form one another but having a panic attack is very scary so it's normal to feel on edge afterwards. Chest discomfort is probably from you hyperventilating (breathing fast and deep) plus when you are anxious you over analyse every feeling which makes something that you normally wouldn't notice very noticeable. I know that it is hard but try to distract yourself and do something that makes you relax. I find having a warm bath helps. Hope your feeling better soon xx

That is a classic symptom of a panic attack. It's like a weird adrenaline burst but more intense. Sorry, I've been there before many times!

I have chest pains a lot. I started off with a panic disorder where I would have panic attacks out of the blue and now I have an anxiety disorder where I don't have full blow panic attacks but I have some of the symptoms on a lesser scale more frequently. So, I do have chest pains a lot. I know it's anxiety because if I breathe deeply it goes away for a second. Panic attacks are terrifying. I now have anxiety about having panic attacks! They are so scary!

My panic attacks are so different to other peoples, mine last no more than 2 seconds, my breath suddenly gets taken away from me and then thats it, the first few were more intense because I thought there was something wrong with my airways, so when it happened i'd run out the shop or i'd pull over in the car, but no i don't panic. Just lately my panic attack has included like a tremor/quiver in my chest when it happens. At first it'd do this one the outside of my chest cause i could see/feel the muscle moving, now it feels like inside. Strange and worrying cause I think it's my heart but I've had all the tests, just another crappy anxiety symptom.
