    Hi Mark,

Who diagnosed that it was a panic attack? or is it something you have had before?

A panic attack is a very scary and traumatic experience, so it is normal that after having one you feel down, maybe scared that it will happen again and nervous, all this can cause you to not have appetite

Is there any reason that you can identify might have caused the panic attack? if so, working on the cause should help in reducing the symptoms you have.

      Hi there

So a little backstory , I worked my first job as a waiter 2 months ago , worked 15 hours a day and had sum pressure on my stress level ,that's when the first panick attack occurred, I started trembling, cold and hot waves through my body, and felt lightheaded, went to the ER ,they did some blood work ,EKG , and it came out normal

i quitted that job and after a week everything was normal again

Now a week ago I was on the bus,and out of the blue as I was trying to fall asleep I felt panicked, numbness in my hands, dry mouth, trembling, since then ,I have some kind of depression and no apettite, but in the evening I feel a lot better and my apettite is normal, I don't know if I'm going crazy or not

Not crazy at all, just very stressed.

As a first step I would say it's important that you see you GP about it, at least so that he/she is aware, that way if in the future you need medication or anything they will know your history.

Also, if all this is new to you and you have a nice and good GP, they can help reassure you and put your mind to rest and also help you if you need it.
