Panicking

Hi. I am unsure what I have right now, I feel like its an anal fissure but I dont know for sure. I thought I would join here and be as detailed as possible for some help.

The main cause of concern is that its not painful so that seems very abnormal for a fissure.

I am a 26 year old male. I used a camera to get a look down there. It looks like an oval open wound going vertically, there is some slight discoloration around it, whitish/greyish skin kind of like brusing I guess. It is located in the back middle of anus, i beleive thats the posterior midline. There is some raised skin around it that feels like a bump when touching it. It itches frequently. The bump around it is more recent I think than the bleeding.

I have had on and off anal bleeding for probably around 6 months now after bowel movements. Is bright red blood on the toilet paper.

Again, really no pain at all with it. Even if I apply pressure to it and try to make it hurt. Is this a fissure or could it be something else? Having severe anxiety over this and is all I can think about lately.

Sounds like maybe internal hemrhoids? Those usuall are not painful (so I’ve heard) an anal fissure feels like you are pooping glass

Would a hemmaroid look like a tear/wound? I thought they looked like large lumps
