Panicking about acid reflux. What should I do for now?

I decided to try one of my family members ramen noodle they learned by scratch which was very delicious, but the problem was he added in too much hot sauce which is now giving me side effects and symptoms of a burning throat really badly. What can I do to reduce this? It's getting late here and disturbing my sleep for the night. My anxiety is rising from so many thoughts going on while trying to figure out what can I do about this acid reflux issue. Any suggestions on what's best that I can do or any home remedies I can try that will work mostly for me? I really would like help.

some tips for acid reflux are

keep your upper body elevated especially when sleeping at night it’s best to sleep on a couple pillows.

    Wear loose clothing.

    Stay away from cigarette smoke,

over the counter medications can help, a home remedy that works for me is mixing a teaspoon of baking with 8 ounces of water.

and of course staying away from spicy and other acidic foods. You can find a list online. It’s best to eat an alkaline diet which you can also find online.

Also the more you panic and have anxiety, the more acid your body will produce which can increase your symptoms.
