panicking about side effects

hi i'm on day 5 of 50mg sertraline and doc started me on 10mg propranolol 2 days ago i'm really freaking out about the side effects fuzzy head feeling and i have waves of really bad anxiety i keep thinking something is wrong with me and i will never get better been really anxious everyday for 4 weeks tried citalopram but had to come off it had blood tests 2 ecg's all fine but also getting a feeling of fullness in my chest area does anyone else have feelings of side effects please help

    Heightened anxiety is the most common side effect for anti depressants that there is. I had almost every side effect sertraline had to offer me when I started on 50mg. They started going away after about my 3rd or 4th week.

    Oh yes I had the same thing. I thought I was going to die. Was in the er a lot!! 

    In the last month I got up to 125mg. Started at 25 in March. It takes a few months to get your blood level up. 

    It will get better.
