Paper cut sore?!? what is this

I have had these before and always in the same place but Im not sure what it is. Sometimes there are no symptoms besides these cuts but this time I am really itchy and it burns alot. I think it may be a yeast infection partly because I am just coming off of antibiotics for a sinus infection. but i am scared of herpes, the sores are only here close to the anus none in the vagina. I also get very constipated so I was thinking maybe these were fissures. I am not sure please help!!! imageimage
